eldritch horrors 446e22323e libstore: pass around prepared dumps, not paths and filters
this fully decouples the possibly-never-async bits of dumping from the
generation of dump bitstream. having the two separate will allow us to
change store import methods to use async streams, not our sync sources

eldritch horrors 3bf0dcaef3 libstore: split fetchToStore
only a single caller uses flat fetching at all. it still makes sense to
not inline that single caller for now, mostly due to activity reporting

eldritch horrorsandJade Lovelace 8db8ac9a67 always checkSource before accessing anything
like earlier, anything accessed during eval must be checked against the
list of path restrictions. this notably excludes `Pos::getSource` which
is run only from an unrestricted context (resolving line/column numbers
for expressions), but since positions require the parser to run and the
parser requires a checked input to produce positions this is not a leak

eldritch horrors ce698198f0 libcmd: pass EvalState& to installables
for the same reason the eval caches should not keep them as references,
only worse: installables cannot fully lose their reference member since
some types of installable (flakes -sigh-) need access to caches held by
their member reference. passing that around as well at all times is not
feasible; passing in EvalState& all the time is quite bad enough as is.

eldritch horrors 473c1bdcab libexpr: remove EvalState& from EvalCache constructor
it's not used for anything any more. it was only passed on to the AttrDb
constructor, which itself only stashed it away to an unused member field

eldritch horrors 564f464772 libcmd, nix: remove duplicated arguments
installables already have a ref<EvalState>. why are we passing the same
eval state in again, by reference, everywhere? that's just unnecessary.

eldritch horrorsandjade b0d7a81613 fix tooling after include reorganization
clangd broke because it can't look through symlinks. compile_commands
manipulation does not fix it, clangd configuration does not fix it, a
vfs overlay does not fix it, and while a combination of those can fix
it with a bind mount in place that's just too cursed to even consider

clangd bug: https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/116877
