we intentionally omit writers for the new types we add for serialization purposes since we do not plan to asyncify the legacy ssh server side. if we ever change our mind we can extract these types into a header and add writers as needed. due to the inevitable network overhead of the old ssh wires we don't bother to optimize serialization too much and instead opt to make the code more readable; the performance difference does not show up in practice since network latency dominates the few nanoseconds spent on extra promise allocations and awaits by a couple orders of magnitude. Installation
On Linux and macOS the easiest way to install Lix is to run the following shell command (as a user other than root):
$ curl -sSf -L https://install.lix.systems/lix | sh -s -- install
