this affects both :edit in the repl and the `nix edit` command. given a huge line number they'd previously crash with a stack trace because the conversion to int would throw out_of_range instead of invalid_argument. Change-Id: I4ea1a6e65a83373d54aae72839a9b017df076006

Installation
On Linux and macOS the easiest way to install Lix is to run the following shell command (as a user other than root):
$ curl -sSf -L https://install.lix.systems/lix | sh -s -- install
For systems that already have a Nix implementation installed, such as NixOS systems, read our install page
