the wrapper is needed by transfer streams to restart a failed transfer if desired. curlFileTransfer itself is more of a fancy handler for the thread we're dedicating to curl io handling. the thread will stay with the multi handle for now because quit handling needs to stay there. we could have CurlMulti keep only a flag, but that does not help us much. Installation
On Linux and macOS the easiest way to install Lix is to run the following shell command (as a user other than root):
$ curl -sSf -L https://install.lix.systems/lix | sh -s -- install
For systems that already have a Nix implementation installed, such as NixOS systems, read our install page
