starting pasta as soon as we have all namespaces it must be in available lets it start up while we finish creating the sandbox. this may speed up sandbox launches somewhat, but likely not enough to show up in practice. Change-Id: Id6724cbdc48b99284cd7ba7b56c98829d74557c5

Installation
On Linux and macOS the easiest way to install Lix is to run the following shell command (as a user other than root):
$ curl -sSf -L https://install.lix.systems/lix | sh -s -- install
For systems that already have a Nix implementation installed, such as NixOS systems, read our install page
