Instead of logging directly, we now write into a `Strings` set that is referenced by the caller. While at it, added a test-case to ensure that self-reference invocations and --all behave properly. Change-Id: Ib183ab8e8e90436300e1c870fb3ae8f18730abbf

Installation
On Linux and macOS the easiest way to install Lix is to run the following shell command (as a user other than root):
$ curl -sSf -L https://install.lix.systems/lix | sh -s -- install
For systems that already have a Nix implementation installed, such as NixOS systems, read our install page
