Matthew Bauer 65f6d5db6f Don’t source bashrc in pure mode

Pure mode should not try to source the user’s bashrc file. These may
have many impurities that the user does not expect to get into their
shell.

Nix, the purely functional package manager

Nix is a new take on package management that is fairly unique. Because of its purity aspects, a lot of issues found in traditional package managers don't appear with Nix.
