kj can and will throw exceptions immediately without wrapping them as promise results, and we must take care of these as well to not crash. fixes #1150 Change-Id: Ifa29d0f3da4a6490f3e45d4c04a8fa49eaa20f43

Installation
On Linux and macOS the easiest way to install Lix is to run the following shell command (as a user other than root):
$ curl -sSf -L https://install.lix.systems/lix | sh -s -- install
For systems that already have a Nix implementation installed, such as NixOS systems, read our install page
