aszlig 92e85f05e2 hydra.sql: Make isChannel a not null column.

We have this set in upgrade-42.sql, so it's better to stay consistent
with the basic SQL file to avoid problems with new Hydra installations.

To start hacking on Hydra, run:

$ ./dev-shell
$ ./configure $configureFlags --prefix=/opt/hydra
$ make
$ make install

Or, if you just want to build from source (on x86_64-linux):

$ nix-build -A build.x86_64-linux release.nix
