we have anonymous namespaces and no other scoping requirements, we can move it out. this will also make it easier to move *other* things out, such as the transport streams and all the shared multi state handling. Change-Id: Iafa1eaeb69e096e98c4667f0531b17d5fe7c78a6

Installation
On Linux and macOS the easiest way to install Lix is to run the following shell command (as a user other than root):
$ curl -sSf -L https://install.lix.systems/lix | sh -s -- install
For systems that already have a Nix implementation installed, such as NixOS systems, read our install page
