like diff hooks before the build hooks also use runProgram features that aren't present in posix_spawn. just like diff hooks we do not expect the build hook processes to be so fast that launch overhead matters somehow. Change-Id: If3c33dbd7d2ac20c95886e06d24feda312946c78

Installation
On Linux and macOS the easiest way to install Lix is to run the following shell command (as a user other than root):
$ curl -sSf -L https://install.lix.systems/lix | sh -s -- install
For systems that already have a Nix implementation installed, such as NixOS systems, read our install page
