Zhong Jianxin d9b3adca75 launchd: Set NumberOfFiles to 4096

The default maxfiles on macOS 11 and macOS 12 is 256, which is too low
for nix to work:

```
$ launchctl limit maxfiles
	maxfiles    256            unlimited
```

Set NumberOfFiles of nix-daemon to 4096 to avoid `Too many open files`
error.

Nix

Nix is a powerful package manager for Linux and other Unix systems that makes package management reliable and reproducible. Please refer to the Nix manual for more details.

Installation

On Linux and macOS the easiest way to install Nix is to run the following shell command (as a user other than root):

$ curl -L https://nixos.org/nix/install | sh
