So far, we had both `fj#` and `lix#` issue references in our release notes, due to supporting both in the md files. This commit unifies those in order for all references to be consistent. Change-Id: I67c75784b460bfe4ebf214c2f6ac105cc60a7bad

Installation
On Linux and macOS the easiest way to install Lix is to run the following shell command (as a user other than root):
$ curl -sSf -L https://install.lix.systems/lix | sh -s -- install
For systems that already have a Nix implementation installed, such as NixOS systems, read our install page
