John Ericson e21aa43212 Delete dead code

The references set seems to have been unused since `LegacySSHStore`
references were first created in
caa5793b4a.

The method decls never were upstream, and accidentally added by me in
062533f7cd (probably due to `git rerere`).
Sorry!

This reduces the diff from #3746.

Nix

Nix is a powerful package manager for Linux and other Unix systems that makes package management reliable and reproducible. Please refer to the Nix manual for more details.

Installation

On Linux and macOS the easiest way to install Nix is to run the following shell command (as a user other than root):

$ curl -L https://nixos.org/nix/install | sh
