This moves the original test suite for `filterANSIEscapes` into the same file as the newer tests. There is some overlap between the old and new tests but that doesn't hurt anything so I kept them as-is. Change-Id: Id00000009919024a5f206ec9a7bc0022541ff612

Installation
On Linux and macOS the easiest way to install Lix is to run the following shell command (as a user other than root):
$ curl -sSf -L https://install.lix.systems/lix | sh -s -- install
For systems that already have a Nix implementation installed, such as NixOS systems, read our install page
